Conclusion
In conclusion I recommend that caffeine continues to be used around the world as it is a great source of income for those who are involved in the finance of caffeine. Caffeine is used in many developing medicines that could help aid people very quickly and help those that want to fight off drowsiness every once and a while. I will recommended the use of caffeine only if it is used properly and responsibly. Health Canada has suggested that daily caffeine intake for this adolescents 13 and older to be no more than 2.4mg/kg body weight. This is because the maximum adult caffeine dose may not be appropriate for light weight adolescents or for those who are still growing. The daily dose of 2.5 mg/kg body weight could not cause adverse health effects. According the US health center , three 8 oz coffees per day is an average amount of caffeine. Pregnant woman should watch for caffeine’s potential impact on female fertility , and its precise impact on pregnancy. It is recommended that a maximum daily intake of no more than 300mg of caffeine for those that are pregnant. For children age 12 and under , it is recommended a maximum daily caffeine intake of no more than 2.5 milligrams per kilogram of body. In regards to labeling , there should be a mandatory quantitative labeling of caffeine. (CAMH, n.d)
